Sandy is known for having the most green thumb around. She is well versed, well traveled, and a pleasure to know.

Ginger is a retired teacher and lifelong learner.  She loves plants, gardening a decorating. She and her husband along with their three young children moved here to San Antonio from New Orleans.  They now have seven grandchildren and spend many hours cheering at football, baseball, softball, volleyball and basketball games. Helping at the AHUMC Hope Center and the Fisher House are very special endeavors to her.  She looks forward to getting to know the lovely ladies in the garden club and learning from their expertise.

Linda retired from Frost Bank after 41 years as SVP in the Trust Dept.  She serves on the board of The Sarah Roberts French home an has previously been on the board of the Salvation Army's Home for Girls.  An added benefit from her involvement in these two organizations has been her dear friendship with fellow LOGC member Xonia Kargl.  Linda also serves as Secretary / Treasurer of the Willow Creek Wildlife Mang. Assoc. for the surrounding counties of Mason where her family has been ranching since the 1800's.  She is now very excited about her acceptance into Live Oak Garden Club and looks forward to learning more about gardening from it's members.  On a personal note, Linda and Marty, her longtime boyfriend were married this last Dec 18th and now between the two of them proudly have four married children and seven grandchildren.

Bonnie is a retired civil engineer and architect, and spends her 'leisure' time volunteering and gardening. She is dedicated to using no pesticides or herbicides in her vegetable garden, and composts as well. She just moved off the Alamo Heights school board after nine years of service, and is actively involved in mentoring.

Carissa is a retired profession who now has time to focus on volunteering and learning new skills, such as gardening. She loves to garden, and especially loves any rose she can find.

Isabel is new to San Antonio, and was active in a garden club in Dallas for many years. She is a great gal.

Mary moved to San Antonio in December, 2020 after living in Florida. She was active in the Coral Gables Garden Club, and loves to attend classes at the San Antonio Garden Center.
